This hotel was in the ideal location - a 5 minute train journey from the Central Station, yet in a clean and safe part of the city. The hotel was right next to the station. It was clean and spacious with a comfortable bar and breakfast area.
I was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to sort out a complication with a booking we had made for an excursion.
Next door is a great restaurant and well-stocked supermarket. I even found a nice run through the park close-by.
This will be my hotel of choice for future trips to Amsterdam.

The hotel is in a Great central location, close to shopping center and train station 7 minutes walk. great staff. The front desk workers and staff are the friendliest and most helpful ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very clean, comfy bed but built in an alcove as room so small so you had to climb out the bottom of the bed.

Location was great. Just hoped on the metro to everywhere we wanted to see. Staff were lovely. Food was amazing. Highly recommend the breakfast. Restaurant, bar and outside areas are all lovely. The bunks are a good idea for anyone wanting no thrills bit quirky accommodation. Although I did fall off the top bunk the manager did manage to move me to a bottom bunk. Staff were very helpful.
