We check in at 14:00. Got a room 209 standard room for 2 person with breakfast. 1) room it was dirty. 50/50 dirty room. Clean bedlinen with hair but floor and dust not very well clean and shower. 2) receptionist change room and we got 313 standard room with small balkong . So it was perfect. 3) I asked if I need to pay something more - 1 receptionist sayed no. Againg next day the same receptionist sayed we need to pay. For second person in room(what ever if you taking a room for two person) 200 nok and 120 nok for parking place. It was wierd. I thought Thon Hotel have included parking place for customers but no you need to pay. 3) restaurant. Better eat outside. Service food and prices is shit.

This place is magical! The tiny cabins are beautiful, in an isolated location with views of the mountains, the water and northern lights. Having a jacuzzi there ready for us after a long drive from Tromso was perfect. There are privacy walls around the cabins as well as curtains and we never felt exposed. Jeremy and Erle were very attentive. Also, the fabulous Umani restaurant is just 30 minutes away.

Fantastic views situated on the edge of a fjord. Close to supermarket made it easy to self-cater which was what we wanted. Close to airport was convenient for car hire. Roomy apartment, washing machine was handy, all the kitchen utensils you could want. Amazing views from lounge room.
