it is a lovely cosy cabin, less than 2h from Oslo away. it was so lovely we didn’t want to leave! the cross country skiing was unbelievable. then we came back and made some waffles with their waffle machine. 😃 the bathroom is old fashioned but to be expected since it is a cabin. beds on the other hand, were so comfortable!!! we will certainly return.

The apartment was absolutely stunning and beautiful and very well equipped (with a big basket of fruits we lived on for three days). Everything with the keys was simple and communicated early. We had a week of perfect weather and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises on the balcony. Supermarket is one minute away. As we will come to Holmestand once a year, we will try to book this apartment every year.
