We checked in early since we had meetings all day/eve. They assigned us two rooms. When we returned at 9:30pm, they had "given" our rooms away we can assume since no staff or guard onsite. We could hear noises in our "assigned room. Meanwhile, they had said we could store our bags, but upon our return, the area was locked. So, we proceeded to another hotel with NO BAGS. BTW, they did not have our reservations. I had to show on my phone that we had reservations. MY SUGGESTION: DO NOT LIST THIS HOTEL ON YOUR WEBSITE.

The service was outstanding, the staff couldn’t have possibly been any nicer. The property sits beautifully in the mountains and is perfect for what we wanted to end our month in the Philippines.
Food was lovely, drinks are great. We stayed 5 nights and ate numerous times and every time was great!
The owners are friendly and make sure you have everything you need for your stay and will help you if you need anything!
