Staff was accommodating and kind. Room was comfy but tight, bathroom was clean but there was a sound coming from the shower area, I'm not sure if its from the heater or from the water pipes. Food at the restaurant was great! Overall we had a relaxing stay, I would recommend.

First, and foremost per booking.com had informed me of the price but when at the hotel checking in, the priced changed, the front desk charged me a few more dollars. Second, wifi was so spotty and times no internet service, but again Philippines is known not to have high speed internet compared to United States. Third, bathroom had a high odor of humidity with some mold around certain areas of the bathroom. The toilet seat was off the base of the toilet. Fourth, apon entrance to my room the floor was dirty . and remote control to TV was not work at times. Some guest with children at time were so noisy. The pool had an appealing look obviously nicely cleaned. The patio was nice place to sit and relax. The restaurant a place I loved so much has a airplane theme with nice blue LEDS at night. The bar did not have all drinks as per the menu. Staff in the restaurant BIG thank you all were so polite and courteous, front desk staff do need some professional training in the area of Hospitality and informational to their guest. The out side hotel curb appeal is nice, thumbs up. One to mention is no nearby stores with in walking distance. You will need local transportation. l do look forward in the future to book my next vacation at AeroStop Hotel and Restaurant. Thanks to All staff!

I think there could be more done to clean up the many piles of rotting rubbish and discarded trash scattered around the municipal area. But this isn't just confined to Plaridel. It would greatly increase the attractiveness of Plaridel to tourists. And also provide much needed jobs for the many obviously unemployed. Also more taxis servicing the hotels would be nice. I had one meal at the Orange Bucket Restaurant which was very nice and a nice clean facility Also i took a large group of family and friends to Teodorico's Family Restaurant. This was satisfactory but not quite up to standards set by the Orange Bucket.
