Superb hospitality and friendliness from the host, she made sure I had everything I needed and was well informed. The location is second to none, everything is within walking distance. The property is well maintained.

Falsztyn is really small (no real facilities) but there is a pleasant walk down to the lake shore. Niedzica-Zamek nearby was very busy in high summer, too many people and cars. The Pieninsky National Park is strikingly beautiful and good for quiet walks away from the river but again too many people and bicycles along the Dunajec gorge path. Rafting looked fun though. The trout farm at Mizerna was a great place to eat.
