A nice hotel in the middle of a lovely spa town. The room was clrean and comforable with a good shower. We were there for the nearby parkrun, which takes place at 9am on a Saturday, and the hotel kindly allowed us to have breakfast when we returned from it at about 9:50, although technically the breakfast room closes at 10.

The breakfast is very good, as well as the staff tending the tables at breakfast. Didn't try the restaurant, so can't comment on that. Rooms were kept clean, allround good state of the hotel. Reception very nice and helpful. Location is very good.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly male at the reception. Most staff were friendly but soon realised that not many staff members could speak English but we managed. The area where the hotel is located is stunning, beautiful scenery. Breakfast was served in the dining room which was beautifully decorated with lots of choice of breakfast items to cater for everyone, even my fussy son. The restaurants in the town were absolutely amazing and we loved the gift shops on every corner. Our room was generously sized with a little balcony. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Bonus for the hotel cat, my son is autistic and adores furry animals.
