They were happy to accept our old Beagle dog for a very small charge. It is in the middle of nowhere, not much around but the tram is just outside the door to get into town if required. It was exceptional compared to other "Budget" hotels we have stayed in, especially on this trip. The breakfast was superb. Nice comfortable bed, hot shower immaculate rooms. Well worth a 6-kilometer detour from the motorway. We would honestly go out of our way to go back. It was a breath of fresh air. There may have been restaurants about, but too tired to look, the receptionist said we could order a takeaway. Value for money just excellent and would recomend to anyone.GrahamSpain - 8.0Scored 8.0

We were here mainly to visit my wife's relatives. There is nothing out of the ordinary, just a suburb of Lodz, a short taxi ride from its airport, with a nice small-town feel, very pleasant, and a park with a little lake on the outskirts. It is also a good base for further exploration, as it is close to brand-new freeways with much of interest accessible in a short amount of time. I hope and expect that public transportation will take advantage of these improvements soon, so that Poland outside the big cities (e.g. Torin, Copernicus's birthplace) will be easily accessible to those who not speak Polish and prefer trains and buses to rental cars..Our previous visit was five years ago, and Poland, outside the public transportation system, is becoming more English-friendly all the time.MichaelUnited States
