The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant is genuine super friendly. It's a joy to check in or out, order food, etc. The hotel has been renovated quite some years ago and does not meet the latest design trends, but I find the public areas and the rooms cosy and pleasant. Beds are very comfy and quiet. Very nice location, near old town, but still good accessible by car.

For the price I paid the breakfast was ok.The location of the hotel was next to the main road, taxis were available at all times and were very cheap.

Great location, near to the city centre by walking distance. Breakfast was faboulous, a lot of choices, even gluten free option (bred, ham, etc.). Hotel has a nice restaurant with very delicious ala carte food. I have to recommend it.

The room was a good size and beds were comfortable. We opted not to stay right in the centre because the reviews for pretty much all of the hotels there said that it was noisy at night, so this location was a good compromise - close enough to walk to all of the main attractions, but quieter. (We were on the street side so there was a bit of rumbling from the trams, but not a peep coming through the walls or door, so overall really good sound-proofing.) The terrace and restaurant have lovely views. Bottled water was provided each day and tea/coffee replenished, which was nice. Wroclaw is a fantastic city, so I will definitely be back! Don't miss the botanic gardens - absolutely gorgeous. :-)
