Estoril is a beautiful location to stay.
Estoril is a beautiful location to stay. Walking along the promenade towards Caiscais was wonderful and we got to experience the sea in many different moods, calm, stormy and just blue waves most days. It is so easy to get the train to Lisbon from here, just get a Navigante Occasionale card. We also used a very reasonably priced Uber to go to Sintra, which was stunning, a must-see. We had some amazing food, you need to try Manjar da Vila in Caiscais, very authentic Portuguese cuisine.

We came for a wedding, but have always stayed in Algarve, we visited friends who had a villa near sintra, we visted Cascias (drove around) and see a small bit of Estoril.
Having seen many wonderfull looking places just while driving about wished we had stayed in this area longer to visit and see more.
So intend to re-visit and see it all properly

We only stayed one night in Estoril.
We only stayed one night in Estoril. We spent the afternoon in Cascais which is really pretty and there was lots to do. If I had the choice again, I’d stay in Cascais. The casino is a big focal point in Estoril. We had dinner at Jackpot restaurant next to the casino which was very nice and the staff were really friendly.
My husband wanted to stay at this hotel because it featured in one of the Bond movies. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel and didn’t disappoint. The swimming pool area is magnificent with plenty of comfortable sun beds, a convenient bar and a very good pool attendant.
The breakfast was delicious, so much choice and a beautiful setting.
It was very easy to get from the hotel into Cascais for more sightseeing, eats and drinks. Only a mile or two and a few euros in an Uber.
Hotel Inglaterra is a charming, older hotel with a variety of engaging public areas, including a large lobby, a nice breakfast room with adjoining terrace (closed when we were there due to rain), and a pool with large deck. Our room was quite spacious, with entry area, closet, and desk/seating area. We especially liked having windows we could open on two sides, with ocean views.
Lovely comfortable apartment in a very quiet peaceful area, close to the beach and to S. Pedro de Estoril railway station with regular service to Lisbon and Cascais. Easy to travel to/from Lisbon airport, by train and metro, via Cais do Sodre train/metro station.
This location was great for us, as it is right in the middle of Sintra and Cascais, and it was so close to the beach and beautiful boardwalk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was always clean and well set up for us.
Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities were fantastic. Good location for easy access by train to Lisbon, Estoril and Cascais. Not so good if you want to walk back along the coast from Estoril due to a busy dual carriageway.
The restaurant is delicious and the staff is friendly and professional. I loved the rooms, it has everything you needed and is spacious. The pool is beautiful and a quiet place to relax. The hotel is nearby many restaurants going by car.
The accommodation and location are fantastic. The host, Ricardo, is professional, friendly and proactive. I can only say a big thank you for the wonderful days spent in Estoril. I hope we will come back again to the same place.
amazing room with top quality. Family was so friendly with a lovely white small dog.. ohh i ll miss to play with him. Apartahotel is wonderful. I m not exaggerating but room,, bed, cleanless and friendliness were top..
I really liked the location very close to the Estoril area and therefore close to the train station that gives extra mobility if someone were to want to go to Lisbon via train. Breakfast was great too.
Best value for money .I have got from a hotel. I travel to Portugal a lot as I have family living there. And that's the first time I stayed at the londres. But it won't be my last. Very impressed
Practical, with free parking, good location between Lisbon and Cascais.
Pedro was the most helpful host.
Not only you have a decent stay but in the same time you are helping the kids program.
Lovely hotel with amazing views and great location for the beach. Lots of cafe's, bars and restaurants nearby. We had a sea view room which gave us views across Estoril bay.
it’s a beautiful house. the hotel rooms are simple but very confortable and clean. the staff attentive and very nice. it’s 5 minutes walk from the beach
