Casa da Nininha, hotel in Vale de Cambra

Casa da Nininha is located in Vale de Cambra. The unit features accommodation in rustic apartments, many with exposed stone walls and views over the garden.

We were very well received by the host that kindly shown us everything about the place and our stay. The room met our expectations and had everything necessary for a few relaxing days in the countryside. Breakfast could have been ordered but we did not do that. The location is not ideal in terms of getting there but it is in a very quiet place, if that's what you need. Could be used to visit Passadiços do Paiva trailway alonside Paiva river.

Cabanelas Country House - Casa do Luís, hotel in Vale de Cambra

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Cabanelas Country House - Casa do Luís is located in Vale de Cambra. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi....

The country house is very spacious, has two bedrooms. It is renovated to a high standard. Furniture is modern and tasteful. Attention te detail is great. Cabanelas country house has branded towels, welcome snacks. Heating and cooling can be separately controlled by guests in each bedroom and kitchen, living room. The kitchen is well equipped too: if you want to do your own cooking you'll be fine. Luís is a great host. Speaks at least five languages. He showed us a small spring with drinkable water only 20 meters from the house. Parking is great, Luís gave us the remote control to the gate of his parents' house 50 meters away. Luís provides fresh bread every day and yogurts, cheese and ham is in the fridge. There is a separate washing room too. The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms is fantastic, you see rolling hills of Portugal to the north. Though you are distant from city lights and noises here, Porto Braga, Guimaraes, Aveiro, Viseu can easily be reached by car.

Trebid'Ouro, hotel in Vale de Cambra

This place is a gem hidden in a beautiful and tranquil location. Everything was perfect. Since there was no one else staying those days we got to use common areas such as kitchen, dining and fire place all to ourselves. Host Vera was amazing, she took really good care of us and gave us tips on what to see and experience in the area, she is such a lovely human we enjoyed our conversations with her very much. On arrival it was tricky to find location at first but Vera came to meet me at an intersection from where I got lost it was very nice gesture and communication was easy. We hope to be back again soon.

Although it loses to its neighbour Arouca, it was a good choice because of prices and proximity to other spots. Our choice was made as we wanted to go to Feira and to de Ria de Aveiro. Vale de Cambra itself Big park - perfect to play, run, relax - in the town main entrance. Good hikes through traditional recently repaired old villages.
