The food is delicious, we tried all trout entries from the menu and everything was above expectafions. Room temperature was cool overnight and day during our summer stay. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets and warm covers and quality pillows.

Incredible location, every room has a view. Breakfast and dinner are available for a reasonable price, and the food is excellent. Alexandra sources eggs from her next-door neighbor's chicken coop, and fish from another neighbor's fish farm. Alexandra speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable about the local trails, so be sure to ask her where you should hike! Parking is available, the access road is dirt but well maintained and traversable. Older reviews say that it's bad but it seems to have been fixed since then. Definitely a can't-miss stop if you're exploring Transylvania!
