Clean and well equipped apartments, very nice owners.
The complex is beautiful and well maintained, with plenty for younger children to do. The salt room is full of board and card games all in excellent condition.
The view is amazing with a picturesque sunset every night.
Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a place to stay.

Very good for families with kids. Liked the facilities: well equipped kitchen, grill, large yard good for children and safe. Bedrooms are quiet and you can sleep even while people are spending time downstairs in the living room. Close to salt mine, you can even walk to there.

We were amazed by the general quality of the things in Praid. The salt mine is wonderful, there are excellent restaurants, a great bakery(Sandor) where one can buy high quality products, very nice B&B available, and everybody around is nice and helpful.

The salina was the highlight of our trip.
The salina was the highlight of our trip. Inside the salina there is an adventure park for the joy of kids and grownups. A day in the salina is great for your lungs and for fun. There are plenty of food shops and good restaurants, we pick Csatari for its local cuisine. The staff is excellent and the food delicious. We can't recommend Praid enough for a family trips and not only. You can definitely find great adventures in the surroundings.

If you are in the area it would be a good ideea to visit the salt mine. There are games inside, you could have a snack or drink some tea/coffee or evend a glass of wine :) It is a fun place to spend with your children. For me it was great to see a small step towards being environmentally friendly. I was quite surprised seeing a small note in the bathroom mentioning not to throw towels on the floor as cleaner will come and take it to wash even tho it is not dirty. Excessive washing has a huge impact on the environment. You won’t see this messages often in any hotel. On another note everything is only a short walking distance away from the hotel. The only thing Praid is worth visiting for is the salt mine and the Wellness center with salty thermal water. Otherwise you get hired there pretty quickly. You can't really go hiking because there are bears everywhere.

There's plenty of space outside the house to go for walks and relax. The main attractions from Praid are a bit far away but if you catch some nice weather the walk there is enjoyable with plenty of nice views of mountains and traditional Transylvanian houses.
