Good location on the Grand Anse, parking place included, the room we recieved was wonderful and very confortable. It has a balcony with view to the ocean but in the shades of the palm treas, equiped with own bed & chairs, it is a good spot to drink a coffee/tee which is free available in the room. Bed is big and confortable. Storage options are sufficent & for the values there is a safe. Air conditioning works fine. Tv wifi ok. There is a small fridge (minibar, but it was without bevrages) you can store & cool you own drinks, water etc. you bought. Today the hotel has 3 stars, but they explained they are planning to upgrade to 4 in the next monthes. We tried the breakfast, lunch & diner as well. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonoble compared to other restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly they are always ready to help & support in anything you need.

The property is located in a beautiful setting and has a stunning view of the sunset. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming and tend to all your needs without a fuss and very quickly. The decor is outdated in the rooms but we can see pat this and see the charm of this beautiful little hotel. We ate at the hotel restaurant each night and the food was exceptional! Best we’ve had in all the 11 days we stayed in the Seychelles. This is a must stay in Praslin!

As Praslin is a fairly small island all areas are quickly accessible (within 45 minutes) with a rental car. It is; ten minutes to Anse Georgette; 20 minutes to Valle De Mai; 25 minutes to Baie St. Anne, 30 minutes to Anse Volbert; 45 minutes to Anse Lazio. Several typical small supermarkets are in the area to supply enough for for your self-catering.

Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities are provided. beach towels available for free from reception. They also provided insect repellent spray, which was helpful. It would be great if they provided a bit more of a variety in the breakfast offering so you are not restricted to eating similar things every morning. Remember your sunblock and hat, you will need it. Pools are amazing. There are tennis courts, so bring your racquets and balls if you wish to make use of it. Not sure if you could rent this at reception

Quiet place. There are several shops, excellent restaurants. The coastline is good for walking but not swimming. Near the local airport, but that doesn't bother living here. Lots of places to watch the sunset.

Wonderful beach, white sand, warm (hot?) water. Very friendly atmosphere.
Some small shops in walking distance, not too many restaurants at the area.
Grand'Anse's village with more shops and restaurants at about 2 km away - and that can be a long walk considering the temperature... There are buses about 3 times an hour.

I decided to go to Praslin because of the fishing trip I ordered there. The result exceeded my expectations! You can see my photos.
However, you must be prepared for poor service. Anything and everywhere for an additional fee, but with a smile. )

Had a absolutely brilliant time at this hotel.
Had a absolutely brilliant time at this hotel. The service is absolutely impeccable, the food is spectacular and the beaches are gorgeous. Flawless food, drinks, desserts with high variation and themed dinners. But what is unique about this hotel and the whole chain of Constance Hotels is the approach and homely atmosphere. You feel the difference against the famous brands almost immediately and it is a pleasant finding.
The second thing you expect in a hotel of this type is the staff. I had a lot of situations, when the difference in the experience was only on the staff and I do not want to forget about anyone, but whether it was a group taking care of breakfast and dinner - Marcus, Jodi, Camilla, Davis, Arvind, Jamie, Titon, or a beach group taking care about visitors like Jose, everyone did everything to make the guest feel as good as possible. I must have forgotten someone, but thanks to everyone who does everything to make your stay unforgettable.
The third trump card is the environment and the surrounding nature. The surroundings are breathtaking, whether you are a golfer or not, golf courses will be the subject of many photos. Anse Georgette is perhaps the most beautiful beach on Praslin, and certainly one of the best in the Seychelles thanks to its incredible mixture of pristine white sand, bright turquoise ocean surface and tropical palm trees which is accessible through this hotel. With Anze Lazio is one of the best beaches in the world. Be sure not to miss them.
I would not like to forget either about the possibility of exchanging a few words with the general manager over the glass, which is another example of doing things a little differently and I would like to thank you for the opportunity to see behind the curtain.
It was very good and it was too short in the end. That's why I believe we'll see each other again at some point.

great facilities and super friendly staff. we were not blown away by the food (buffet, room service, nest and Japanese restaurant).
we loved the variety of activities you can do- golf, tennis, yoga classes, fitness classes, hike, a few beaches to choose from, etc! you don’t have a reason to be bored on this property! Nano, Dominic, Jamal were amazing to us. as well as the yoga instructor, there was also a friendly man with a face mask by the beach who took very good care of us!
the resort was almost at capacity but we never felt it.
We really enjoyed our stay here.
Furthermore, a big thank you to the host.
We forgot Usd 3500, our Passports in room's locker and realized after reaching Ferry jetty.
It was a stressful situation due to the distance to hotel and the time left for Ferry's departure.
We called the host and she arranged to find someone to have them delivered safely to us on time.
We can never forget this experience.
Definitely recommend La Modestie Guest House.
The beach by the property is perfect, there are sun beds provided by the hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful. The owner is also a friendly and welcoming. She gave us mango from her garden.
We asked for a dinner and they cooked a meal for us. 25 euros per person.
The room has everything, there are supermarkets, change office very close. We had a car and travelled everywhere easily.
It is 5 min to the airport.
Love the tranquility at the hotel. The hotel is a walking distance from the best restaurants that we managed to try out while we were there.
The staff at the hotel were very attentive, warm, and accommodating to our request. We thoroughly enjoyed out anniversary trip. The food was amazing, especially loved the breakfast spread with different choices to indulge in.
The stay was absolutely perfect. It’s not luxury hotel but it has more than this because of kind and very helpful people - Sanjan ans Madame Morele. The villa is actually at the beach, you can go on the beach anytime. The apartament was very clean and nice, kitchen had very good equipement. Really good breakfasts with the view. Everything you need to have perfect stay
Very beautiful hotel area, especially with the pool on the sea to watch the sunset and the garden with coco de mer palms. Extremely friendly and caring staff. We booked the standard room which is spacious and located in the garden with sea view when walking on the terrace. The food is delicious with a good selection (breakfast and dinner).
I can't even describe how magical our stay was.....after not seeing each other for three years due to Covid & being able to spend time together in your amazing Hotel..was like a dream for us...you made our stay perfect...and we will be back for sure on a very special occasion :)....thank you for everything .....warm regards A&M
The grounds of the Hotel are Beautiful, the beach is excellent for swimming but not for snorkelling, however it is very easy to get to the good snorkelling beaches, so this is not a real issue.
The breakfasts were fine, I would have liked a larger selection of Fruit, especially as the Hotel is on such an abundant Island
A very nice place with an excellent staff.
It’s equipped - you will find everything there, every single detail is thought of (I don’t even have all the stuff that they have 🙈).
Pillows are super soft ❤️
And the location is excellent - a few minutes walk from Grand Anse Beach, the shops and the takeaways
Beautiful, super clean hotel with amazing view on the ocean. Very big and comfortable bed, AC working perfectly. Good breakfast, bread, fruits and pancakes, typical for Seychelles. Very nice and helpful crew, they helped us organize amazing trip to Curieuse Island and arranged a taxi when we needed.
This hotel is great,
Very nice bungalow-like rooms with terrace. Lots of space and privacy.
In general Britannia is calm, clean, good service and has very nice food.
The restaurant is worth a visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel with a great selection of local creole dishes on the menu.
Very well maintained property;
Beach access with sunset views;
Great customer service from the hosts (Miette & Patrick);
Restaurant within the property & access to supermarket;
