Typical a hotel in the Nordics, no frills but everything works well. Staff was available, quite helpful. But you're pretty much left alone during your stay. You won't need them unless you need something specific. It's a good hotel for those who drive from Stockholm (like us) heading to Kalmar, Blekinge, & Skåne and need to make a one-night stop before hitting the road again Bathroom was clean with good toiletries, towels were thick enough, bed was comfy, breakfast was decent (bread was great!).
