We loved the surroundings.
We loved the surroundings. We went for walks in the forest and along the beach next to it. We liked that there were many things nearby that we could reach without having to drive. There is a small store in Yngsjö and a café in nearby Nyehusen. There is even a segregated cycle route all the way to Åhus so we walked that one morning, had a fika in Åhus, and then took the bus back. Some places do close down depending on the season, so it is good to check the opening hours.

There is a very nice garden and courtyard with lots of small tables and chairs to sit and enjoy an evening drink. We had a fantastic 3 course dinner in the restaurant, served by very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The breakfast was superb!! The hotel is a short walk/drive to a fantastic beach.
