The staf are friendly and can communicate in English very well.. location are not in walking distance from hatyai centre but easily to get tuk2 and grab car to lee garden and hatyai festival..so far the staff and facility are good.. thanks

There's nothing good about this hotel at all.
When we arrived at the hotel around 3.00pm (check in time is after 1.00pm), the reception staff gave us the key to the room. When we opened the room, OMG - the room wasn't made yet. When we went down to reception for them to change the room, they said the other rooms aren't made yet as welll.....so, we had to wait for a very long time and finally went out and come back at night. However, coming back to the room - there was no toilet paper in the toilet....
We paid 930 Baht for the room, in Thailand - you should get a pretty good hotel for this amount.
This hotel is very dirty, not professional at all, and the location is very bad as well.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Its clean and comfy.. its good for long or short stay.. good facilities. Have washing waching, dryer and kitchenettes which is really helpful especially for long stay.. the host is really friendly and helpful. Design a lil old but worth the price 👍
