The property is quite dull, not much atmosphere, no shops, staff response was terrible, waiting hours and having to make several calls repeating the same requests Food is average to say the least , the hot buffet was never hot ! Luke warm at best & no one seems to care much about customer satisfaction , you get the impression you are an inconvenience to the staff, borderline rude ! It can take forever to get their attention / definitely would not stay here again

Best annimation for the children and for adults! Generally very good food for all the tastes. The hotel is good for the children, there is also pool with slides for the children of different ages, but the sea and sun at the beach is as beatifull as everywhere @djerba, but for a reasonable price.

The hotel is very nice and furnished in typical style. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. It’s not very close to the beach, but you can reach it in 10 minutes driving (there is no private parking, but you can easily find a spot near by) . Breakfast was very good.
