I like the manager. They help to get us Wright room. We changed 3 rooms. I cleaned 3 rooms to get countable. But everyone was eager to help 🙄 us everywhere 🙄, especially the manager. Staff was friendly and kind.

Bathroom dont have lock and door lock behind us for 10-15 mins until i open it wiht a spone And bathroom lock destroyed Blanket and pilow smell cigarette and not clean I tell the reception about this problem At least i paid 1045TL for that and they dont give any discount about these things Someone at 11:40 open our door without knocking door by his keycard he was staff
