Staff was great. Michael was amazing at night as we checked in around 10. First he gave us room 102. When we went in the Fridge door was open and there was a bucket full of water overflowing. As we needed the fridge we went back to Michael. He then gave us room 104. We had multiple problems first with keys then with the actual lock. For a while we thought our stuff was locked in the room and we couldn’t get in. Michael was able to fix it.

I was looking for a value hotel, just needed a place to...
I was looking for a value hotel, just needed a place to sleep after visiting clients in the area and before heading home to Florida. Checked on Booking.com as I usually do, sorting by the reviews and came up with this Best Western for $104 total for the night. I found the facility well cared for, no visable repairs or maintenance needed. The staff was very friendly, check in was quick and without issue, the room was serviced very nicely, smelled fresh. There were more than adaquate consumable supplies in the room. The location is quiet overall but as a bonus, the AC in this room was whisper quiet! No complaints and no shortcomings. Great spot for the money and will return here in the future. (Oh, McDonalds is almost in the same parking lot).MichaelMUnited States - 2.0Scored 2.0

The hotel was in a good location. Good parking. Front desk and management was terrible. Service was nonexistent. Hallways and elevator was severely stained and filthy. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

As long as you do not try to go anywhere before 9 am, It is easy to get around the area right in front of the hotel. There are a few gas stations and fast food places right there conveniently. It is close to a lot of other towns in any direction too which was nice. Oh and it is right off the freeway too! Dunkin donuts and culvers is right across the street.KaylaUnited States - 10Scored 10

Will be making it my regular stopping point when in the area because it is so much nicer than the other motels in the area. The room was not clean.
The room was not clean. There were bugs everywhere. everytime I would move something I would see bugs. Big bugs, baby bugs. It was just nasty. Could not sleep at all because I was afraid of them crawling on me. I had to put my bag up high because I didnt want anything to get in my bag. I booked the room for 2 night but could only stay for one. Left as early as possible
