Absolutely nothing. This hotel is extremely filthy. The hallways the pool are unclean.

The staff was very helpful. Celebrated that there was parking for the car, and the price was reasonable as we journeyed out west to visit family.

We didn't spend much time exploring Allen Park itself, but it was the perfect central location for all that we had planned on out trip. ie Detroit Zoo, Detroit Institute of Arts, downtown Detroit.

We needed to make several trips to the area for medical care over the last 6 months. Of the different hotels we had to use during this time the Hampton was the best of the lot. The staff was professional but friendly, rooms were clean (which was NOT the case in some of the other hotels), the breakfast area was clean & the food hot, as was the coffee. It also appeared as if management spent time, effort, & money on upkeep (the carpet in the hallway was clean, the chairs & tables in the lounge area had been dusted, and the parking lot well lit). The location made it easier to access the different roads & freeways

I loved everything in the surrounding area.
I loved everything in the surrounding area. The hotel we stayed at “Best Western Greenfield Inn” was fantastic and was super cool. We loved the e commute to Ford Field being easy. There was so much more we wish we could have gotten to!! We ate at Mugly’s and it was FANTASTIC!

I like the breakfast in the mornings.
I like the breakfast in the mornings. I don’t know who came up with these ugly blue vinyl headboards and the poor lighting. To me I feel it was a rush job on putting the hotel together it is not the usual standards of the Hampton Inn.

Adequate but disappointing.
Adequate but disappointing. No hot tub, room facilities are poorly designed (shower stall is nice but doesn't keep the spray inside, making the smooth tile floor a slip hazard, sink faucet is the worst ever).
Small things like the coffee cups and plastic-ware are the cheapest possible!
Logging onto internet would not work using sign in info and there is no one available to help. Fortunately the night clerk signed me in with her credentials.
Staff is great and the breakfast is really good!

We spent 3 days at Greenfield Village and just barely got through everything starting at 9:30 every morning and laving at 5:30 every day. it was a wonderful experience. After we left Greenfield Village, we explored the Detroit area and partook of the exceptional restaurants.
I have been coming to this hotel for the last 3 years & when ever I run into an issue & bring it to the attention of the staff they are on top of it regardless of what it is . Sam is beyond amazing. Brenda the GM is pretty cool & very accommodating IF the situation allows her to be. Sondra (sorry if I got her name wrong) worked the 3rd shift 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, she was very respectful and professional. The breakfast is very good. The variety is pretty accommodating to everyone.
The breakfast was good. They provided scrambled eggs. hash browns, instant oatmeal, yogurt, bread, and juice. Anyone who likes meat will be disappointed because there was no bacon or sausage, but I was pleased with what was offered. The location is also great. The hotel is across the street from several places to eat, fast food and restaurants as well as a Meier and Target.
The front desk staff and the breakfast staff at this hotel are a friendly and fantastic group of people. The breakfast made our morning. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. Bonus was choice of soft or firm pillows. There are capsule coffee/tea makers in the room and excellent Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion supplied.
The property is centrally located near downtown Allen Park and a few seconds away from I94. The amenities inside of the room were phenomenal and provided all of the comfort and convenience necessary. The front desk staff were phenomenal and more than accommodating. I cannot wait to visit this property again!
The hotel is conveniently located near the highways. Excellent and very helpful staff at the reception desk. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.
Hot breakfast included, which was a bonus!
We'll definitely come back, sadly did not have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool which looked very tempting..
We have to travel to the area for medical care over the last 6 months. We have stayed at other hotels in the area but this was by far the best. The staff was professional but friendly, the rooms were clean ( a huge improvement over some of the other hotels), the coffee was hot & plentiful.
Beautiful vintage hotel. Well kept and pretty comfortable. It's a bit far from Detroit if you plan just to visit the city but it's really close to the Ford Museum. Clean room. Very good breakfast, compared to the average you get at hotels in the US
Room was ok stains on pillows and ground trash by the beds which tells me it was improperly cleaned
The hallway was completely cold the hotel was no where near booked but yet my room.was in the back
I have traveled quite a bit and I often choose hotels based on reviews. This one had great reviews but I was not overly impressed. It was a bed to sleep in and a shower but I have been to much better.
The hotel was easy to get to and the location was great. We were there for a game at Little Caesars Arena, it was 10-15 minutes from the arena. The lady working the front desk was very friendly.
It is remarkably quiet, given that your room does not face the freeway. I am from Europe, and I find most American hotels to be noisy, this one is an exception. The rooms are quite spacious.
Absolutely nothing. This hotel is extremely filthy. The hallways the pool are unclean.
My room had a terrible odor and the headboard had dirty smudges as if it wasn’t cleaned.
The hotel was located near the Greenfield Village and Henry Ford Museum. The woman at the front desk was amazing given she was only person working the hotel at the time.
Great size rooms and comfy beds. The free breakfast, wifi and parking was a nice addition.
We LOVED the pink brick outside the hotel perfect for fun photos
The staff was extremely friendly and compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at recently, the room was actually clean. The breakfast was really good.
