My sister and my mother had breakfast and they loved it. I had some waffles and a sandwich which was in my opinion the best breakfast sandwich I have had. The room was clean and so was the other areas of the facility including the pool and the parking lot.

Arcadia is a great area in the state it is very well kept and lots of options when you have nothing else to do. Restaurants are abundant and the quality of the area is top notch in my opinion. The drivers are extremely rude but that is the only negative opinion I have of the area. It is considered in my opinion a step above the the rest of SoCal.

The room had an issue, but it was quickly resolved with an employee at the front desk. She was very professional and friendly. Check in representative was friendly and professional as well. The employees at this hotel go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and overall professionalism towards their customers. Other hotel chains and customer service reps could use a refresher course with training done by the employees at this hotel. They set the standard for customers service. I was very impressed, and I'm not easily impressed by much. Breakfast was very good too.

I love Arcadia.
I love Arcadia. And if you book a hotel on Huntington Avenue, you pretty much have it all: Restaurants including The Derby, drive-thru, Walgreens, Trader Joes, other hotels, etc. Its a quick zip to any place you want to be. Also near Santa Anita Racetrack.

Lived in Arcadia back in the early 90's.
Lived in Arcadia back in the early 90's. I always stay here, several times a year, when travailing between the San Francisco Bay Area and Phoenix. Half way point. Safe area with lots of dining choices; Arcadia & Monrovia.
Excellent place overall! Breakfast was solid and had a decent changing selection every day. Location is excellent - very close to highway for access, and within walking distance of many restaurants and to the Arcadia metro station line. Great for accessing Pasadena (including the Rose Bowl shuttle)! Rooms are also very spacious - this is like a 1 bedroom + lofted apartment, so there's plenty of room for a family of 4.
Everything trip was great staff and customer service was awesome just would like to know why manager said she wasn't going to and then still did it ..manager knows who she is..but the hotel is nice breakfast good .. definitely would recommend staying there then staying at any of the surrounding hotels .especially embassy suites stay away from that hotel.
Location was quite and safe. Room was spacious , bed and sofa were comfy. Tv channels were really good. Coffee was a plus. We needed laundry , reception helped us to use the laundry of neighbor hotel with which they had agreement. Reception helped us by check-in and Ac replacement. It was very good to be able to open windows in the room to get fresh air.
Property is well located in central Arcadia within walking distance to many restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included sausage, omelet, hot and cold cereal, pastries, bagels, muffins, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Coffee and tea are always available.
This was our second stay ( within a year ) in that exact location. Good parking and we enjoyed the nearby cities ( Arcadia, Monrovia and Pasadena ) since I used to live in Sierra Madre for a few years..
I liked the setup in the room and the location. It was close to the highway and stores so it was easy to get where I needed to go. I also liked the asthetic of the common areas in the lobby and bar.
The customer service in front desk
Would not accept my credit card. The hotel denied a room I wanted to reserve and pay for. The reason was because they did not accept that type of credit card.
we picked Arcadia for its central location to all the LA main sites. it was perfect! we had no more than a forty minute drive to anywhere we decided to go. no traffic and easy to navigate to
Location is great, close to freeway and local attractions.
Hotel is new so everything is still shining. courtyard is nice to hangout and for small gathering.
