The breakfast was a nice perk. The central location to both Spirit Lake and Okoboji was key.

Location was good but motel was very old and run down. Rooms very small. Bathroom door was was splintered at bottom... just not a very nice place. Didn't feel it was worth money they charged us....v
We brought our grandson here for a mystery trip. I had no idea that things in Arnolds Park shuts down before Labor Day. What a huge disappointment..so needless to say our adventure was not what I had planned on and we were less than impressed. Not going to be rushing back anytime soon. I will also be sure to share my disappointment with as many people as possible.

Love Arnold’s Park.
Love Arnold’s Park. The location of hotel made it easy to enjoy all the towns amenities. Love the view from the balcony. We had a corner room. Had a view of pool and lake. Ate at the waterfront restaurant. It was delicious. Enjoyed the pool and loved the slides. Can’t wait to come back
I have a family of 4. I feel if we spend over $200 to stay at this hotel, we should atleast get enough passes for our family. Instead, thankfully my daughter was 2 yrs of age so we didn't have to pay for her. I, myself, didn't even touch the water yet had to pay a spectator fee to assure my own children's safety. I'm sorry but that is asinine! This would be the only reason we wouldn't stay again. Everything else was great but getting 2 free passes when we already paid over $200 to stay at the facility, isn't acceptable.
the pools were nice. didn’t like the fact that you had to pay each time you wanted to swim. hotel guest should get to use pool facilities with no charge as already paying to stay there and no free breakfast or even a microwave in the room and pay a resort fee.
Overall the building we were in smelled very very clean in the halls and in the room. Overall condition of building was very nice. The amenities at the hotel were nice for kids, lakeside property a huge plus. We loved the view of our room and deck feature.
The hotel was in a great location to everything else we wanted to do/see. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were friendly, and the Waterpark was a huge hit for my kids. The room amenities were just as described when booking.
