The manager told me I would be in one room and when I checked in it was filled so in the only other room available at the time the A/C and TV did not work, and there was no phone. Also they double charged me as did not recognize my payment through you. Then the clerk in the office said he could put me in a better room and when I went to it it was occupied.

They were great directing us to nearby restaurants and stores, and when our reason for being there was delayed unexpectedly, they were very accommodating when we asked for a late check out. The hotel itself is an older building, but it is clean and the beds are very comfy. A bag breakfast was offered because of covid, but there were many options to choose from under the circumstances.

Beds/pillows are very comfortable (I prefer harder madresses, so it worked for me very well). The room was spatious. Altough breakfast was not included, instant coffee (and the kettle) was provided (some tea would have been nice too). There's also fridge in the room. There's a cafe at the ground floor of the hotel that provides breakfast options. The view was great (over campus).

There were restaurants and other stores nearby. There was also a bus stop very close to the hotel so commuting was easy.
