Super 8 by Wyndham Fairview Heights-St. Louis, hotel in Fairview Heights

Downtown St. Louis is a 17-minute drive from this Illinois hotel. It offers a daily grab and go breakfast. Moreover, it offers free Wi-Fi and expanded cable TV with HBO in every room.

Location and that’s all. This hotel should be removed immediately from booking.com. Found out that there was a murder there in November. But right after we checked in we were sent to the room. The room was very outdated, nasty, and there were bedbugs. We immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. No!!!! I would not stay there if it was free. I’d rather sleep in my truck.

Drury Inn and used to be very accommodating staff used to be on top of their game this time the kitchen was behind it was not packed we had to wait for food it was my birthday weekend and they weren't able to give me an upgrade for free but they had multiple suites available and I stay there on a regular basis I had the pulled pork which was terrible and needs to be taken off the menu

I don't wish to be unfair. I hate being treated poorly.

I don't wish to be unfair. I hate being treated poorly. Staff was abominable & rude. As a health challenged person I want better access for parking/loading. Room was fine, but really tight in critical areas. Oddly, the writing desk was awesome! Quite large & well-lit. Chairs were uncomfortable. Bed was great

Room wouldn’t lock but didn’t realize till we had left for evening so our room could have been got into. Beds Was terrible could feel springs. And pillows were like a smushed kids pillow. Chair at desk was broke if you sat at it and sat back it tipped all the way back and threw you back. Overall dirty.

I have been to Fairview Heights on several occasions and each time stayed in a different hotel. This visit and stay at Drury Inn and Suites was the best yet. Food was great and location was awesome. The food at Lotawachata Creek is the best. Getting around town was so easy, everything is so close to travel too.

Stay was May 20-25, 2021. This Drury Inn is very clean.

Stay was May 20-25, 2021. This Drury Inn is very clean. The staff wore masks. I wore a mask even through I am fully vaccinated, as I go off 2 packed legs of a trip from New Jersey. In for a wake, funeral, and long visits with cousins. It became a celebration of her life. I stayed here 4 years ago for a high school reunion, but it is even nicer now, as the front area had renovations. This area is not a destination in itself, but it is close enough to be a good choice for visits to St. Louis sites, some Illinois locations, and universities in the area. St. Clair Square Mall is close and there are plenty of restaurants within a reasonable distance. The hotel has an interesting in/out pool, which is open all year long! The front staff (Michelle, Kenyatta, Dawn) were very helpful as I was working on a family tree. As I was running late for the wake, they photocopied a few pages for me to hand out to close relatives. Friendly, efficient people, free afternoon "kick-back" time with beer, wine, cocktails. We'll stay here again.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Rachel, it was wonderful. We had traveled from WA state and were a little underwhelmed by the customer service at the hotels we had been to up to that point. Rachel restored our faith in humanity. Kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. The woman the next morning were also terrific. A+

The breakfast was good, I hope on the next trip the hotel has all repairs done, they also need to make sure the TV'S work up until check out, just a suggestion that all customers can get into the hotel with their room key from any door, I will still stay at the Four Points when we are in town
