Great location, across from a park and close to highway.
Have stayed many times and feel comfortable there, staff friendly and helpful.

Our trip to Gering was wonderful.
Our trip to Gering was wonderful. We found a retirement village called Heritage Estates. We plan to move as soon as we sell our house. Our favorite tourist attraction was Legacy of the Plains. Our favorite place to eat was Romas Italian Restaurant located at the airport. Second would be Wonderful House. It is very easy to get around Gering. I actually spent more time in Scottsbluff; the two towns are...
I actually spent more time in Scottsbluff; the two towns are literally separated by railroad tracks. This trip was to visit someone in the hospital, BUT, I have been there before, and I should mention that the Scottsbluff monument is great to see. If you like hiking, it is beautiful. They have a neat place to see the Oregon Trail. Because of the experience at the hotel, I checked out and went to the Hampton Inn and I had a great room, good breakfast, and it was a much better location.

The little town of Gering was fine.
The little town of Gering was fine. The Balloon National Fest was a Big disappointment. One evening event. Area too small for the number of balloons which was about 1/4 of total ones there. Would not go there for another one.

We went to visit Family.
We went to visit Family. While we were there, we enjoyed the air balloon championships. It was a lot of fun. Good food, entertainment and the Balloon Night Glow was really cool to watch and enjoy. Cute little town, it was.

I rented a pet-friendly room; it was perfectly clean with absolutely no indication of another pet having been in that room; that’s how well they clean. I also appreciate the doggie waste bags at the south doors. Really nice experience
