Staff was amazing. After being there only minutes I made a great connection with Sharron. I saw her everyday for our entire stay (4 days). It was like having family take care of you (but better because we stayed here vs staying with MIL). The housekeeping and maintenance people were great with requests. The breakfast offerings were amazing. We will never be staying with my MIL again, we will always stay here going forward.

Great location! We walked to Fiserv for Marquette Graduation. The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchenette was super helpful! A modest breakfast is provided in the lobby. We added to it and made our own breakfast sandwiches on the stovetop in our room. Parking on the street was widely available. Didn’t need to valet or put car in garage for entire 2-night stay.

I like that the staff was attentive and polite especially the young men. Just didn't like that the TV didn't work properly, not enough tissue, no clean towels but the one night we came in the young man at the desk did provide us with them. Noticed that a lot of people live their but everyone needs somewhere to live so the people outside really were no bother to us. Rooms should be cleaned unless asked not to enter. The lobby area very clean but the seating area should be available to your guest they had it blocked off with a chain. Over all it was fair only cause the staff were very nice. The area was great was able to get to stores and other restaurants. Oh and please get fresh new towels all our towels were badly stained we bought towels

If you are going to check in late please make sure there is a clear understanding with the staff. After calling to notify staff I would be checking in late (driving 900 miles) my reservation was cancelled when I arrived. Staff finally decided to rebook my room. The night staff was rude and I would constantly hear the lady cancelling reservations.

The hotel was very nasty. The rooms had invent vacuumed. The carpet hadn’t been cleaned. The screens were coming off the windows. The air conditioner vent was broken and filthy. Countertops and trim in the bathroom and dry bar hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Every mirror was dirty. The drawers in the dresser hadn’t been wiped out.The bear was lumpy and the room smelled. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location ever!

    Moldy smell.

Moldy smell. Nasty & incompetent staff to include an unhelpful front desk girl, rude housekeeper & useless Assistant GM. Only staff member of any help was another front desk girl who cared enough to read our email reservation to change to a proper room. Strange your breakfast has NO bacon or sausage.

    · The wifi did not work.

    · The wifi did not work. I called the 800 number for Motel 6 and was told that the staff at my location hung up on them! I had to get my own towels. The bathroom was clean, but falling apart. The police were on the property 3 times my first night. The General manager would not get on the phone. This was a horrible experience. I was scared to leave my belongings there. Very unprofessional staff.
