I liked most of the breakfast that was offered, the room it was in, needs some more space to move around in though. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs also. Overall though, it was pretty good. The rooms were ok too. Nothing special. I really liked the pool and hot tub, except the rule of kicking my kids out at a certain time. Even though I understand it, I think it should be left up to the parents not the hotel.

It was good that the breakfast diet was different every day. Most of all, it was really delicious! It was a pity that the hotel location was inside, but there were various convenience facilities such as supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so it was good to move without a car.

The ballroom for the wedding I attended there was very nice. I guess the check out process was also fairly easy as well.as the check on process.

The breakfast was not bad but would have liked it to go till 10 am instead of 9 am and more fruit options would have been nice. The front desk greeters where nice and professional.

We did eat at Mr. Burgers.
We did eat at Mr. Burgers. Reviews said it was better than 5 Guys. I don't agree but it was good. Did takeout pizza one night from Sara's Pizza. Excellent!!!! We had no problems getting around. We came for The Found Cottage Mercantile market and loved it. Also did some antiquing and hit the Tanger Outlet Mall in Byron Center. We had a very nice time.

I made my reservation only to realize I was at the wrong...
I made my reservation only to realize I was at the wrong best western. I asked if I could have a refund. I was told best western doesn’t give refunds. In the world we live in today everyone gives refunds or credit for a future time.
It was a mistake. I had only made it 5 minutes earlier.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again. We just stayed one night since traveling through. Hotel receptionist was great both check in and check out. Rooms were super comfortable, big and clean. There is an elevator and they have luggage carts. Breakfast was a little above par from most. Great value for the area, Grandville is 30 min east of Holland and 5 minutes from Grand Rapids, basically a suburb.
Breakfast the first morning was everything that I didn't eat which included wheat bread, oatmeal, and fruit. The second day had waffles, cereal and biscuits n gravy. I just passed on breakfast. Staff was kinda rude at check in but I could have taken her the wrong way she just seemed short and uninterested. The second day staff was cheerful and pleasant. I will be visiting again soon however I do like the hotel .

The pool and the hot tub were very good. The breakfast was basic but I wasn't expecting anything else. The hotel was easy to find and parking was not an issue. The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. There was a little coffee maker and a full sized fridge that we made good use of. There are some fast food places nearby and it is only a five minute drive to a large Walmart.
The staff was very nice, Zack, in particular, was a very nice person. However, the staff were overwhelmed, there was only one staff working at a time which just was not enough with as busy as the hotel was. There was staff presence in the mornings for breakfast, but I felt bad for the people working the front desk with what was going on in the lobby.

I loved the furniture and color scheme of the rooms. I know this isn't a super important factor but it looked modern. I was a fan of the walk in shower instead of a tub. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast was basic, but delicious.
Our kids loved the pool and spa. Very nice size, lot of sand at the bottom though. Hotel room was clean. Breakfast selection was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits, fresh pancakes, cold cereal pastries. My daughters loved the cinnamon rolls.
The location was great. There is a lot around the hotel to do. I also liked that there were several doors you could enter so you could park close to your room. Our room looked to be recently remodeled with new floors.
Very clean, modern rooms with comfortable bedding and organization. I felt very comfortable sleeping and had a quiet night. We liked this hotel as it was driving distance from the Holland tulip time festival.
The front desk, Stacia, was very professional and friendly and she went above and beyond in regards to customer service. We would definitely visit this hotel again in the future.
The room is big, really good space... beds, desk, sofas, bathroom, there's like a whole little room for luggage, not just the ordinary cabinets. Very good hotel
