I loved the location; I was able to walk to many shops and restaurants. It was also a quick drive to my event location at the Convention Center. I was impressed with the fabulous breakfast, so much tastier than the usual buffets other hotels offer. I loved the evening wine and cheese in the lobby and over the top for customer service. My room offered many amenities that made it feel more like home. I was able to buy healthy food from the local ALDIS and enjoyed right in my room. I would definitely stay here again.

I don’t have the space to tell my experience at this place.
I don’t have the space to tell my experience at this place. Just know it wasn’t a good one. 5. Hours away from home, we just decided to deal with the disappointments and flaws of the place, I mean how bad can it really be at $200 a night? Amenities are down and cold water baths is all this place had to offer my family and I. Not to mention we didn’t care about the weather on this fishing trip or anything figured we didn’t have to because of the nice heated inside pool and whirl pool. My husband could have went on this trip alon3 but because we found this place, hubby and I decided make it a family trip and take our 7 year old son with us. This was actually r3ally messed up because we didn’t find out about the pools until we actually checked in, and then because of policy we were pretty much screwed. We decided to settle for less.

The room was good but the services were lousy, we were there for 3-4 days and no one ever came to our room to remove towels, make bed, empty trash, etc. We had to contact desk services twice before someone took action and came to our room and they came on our last day. Bad service

Very confused manager at reception.
Very confused manager at reception. We presented a tax exempt card and she started making excuses not to accept it until we explained to her that it was a document from the US State Department and she finally saw that it was an official document, made a photocopy of the ID and deducted the taxes charges from our bill. It took her a long awhile.

Hampton was fine.
Hampton was fine. It was just where we stayed was so bad I do not recommend anyone staying at that hotel if I had not paid upfront, I would’ve tried to find some other place but everything was booked because of the concerts.

Good coffee, great people! Great breakfast options.
Good coffee, great people! Great breakfast options. Very clean and well-kept rooms. The staff made us feel like family from beginning to end. Lots of pillows and plugs for phones and equipment. Would definitely stay there again.
There is no complimentary breakfast included in the fee for the room. The room was clean, but just a tad bit antiquated. It's a nice place, overall. Although inconvenient, there was a fire alarm set off, after midnight, that required all guests to exit the hotel for nearly an hour. It was cold out, but, I was grateful for the care they took, and the fact that they have a contingency plan in place.
It was bed bugs in the room lost everything all our clothes all the stuff for our great-grandson that we have brought that just came into this world had to throw everything away cuz it was infested with bed bugs no manager no third party no one helped us to get another one or refunded us our money or try to help her so please if you read this do not go to the super 8 in Hampton they do not care.
Property is a BIG NO‼️The staff was more on they’re phone then trying to check in.. They lied about bringing towels.. Ask them to clean & change room they jus made the bed with old covers.. (same).. Hot water does not get Hot! i heard the people next to me.. Breakfast was horrible.. The Staff was Horrible & The hotel is not it.. Plz Skip over this property..
The hotel and staff were very friendly helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone possible 😊 which is why I always choose the extended stay of America Hampton Coliseum Virginia... Great place to call home especially when you really matters and just want to get away and relax.. Thks kindly Lawanda Carter!!
I like that my room is on the 4th quiet floor, but no elevator! I loved that my room is clean and refurbished, but no laundry mat available. I like that I wasn’t charged another $50 at the front desk when I extended my stay, but still haven’t gotten back the first $50 your company charged in my reservation.
I liked that it did not have a hotel smell when you walked in. It smelled good. The staff was very friendly. The facilities was clean. I loved my room. They say you get what you paid for well in this case i got more than what I paid for
Nothing this hotel was filthy the floors had dirt grinded in them the walls and door was nasty with stains the bathroom shower floor and tub was very nasty. I will never stay at another Days Inn. If needed I have photos.
Facility was close to the Convention Center. I attended the a quilt convention. The kitchen & desk set up allowed for adequate workspace to work on projects. Plenty of room to stay organized.
Breakfast was not included.i booked a king smoking room, when I went to check in,they had rented my room.so I had settle for a double non smoking for the same price
We love this hotel, the windows in every room are huge and awesome, we can usually see the water and the science building which has cool lights at night
