Location is good, provides access to many point of interest around South Florida and Miami area. There is a nice patio outside with a back door and access to the nearby lake. A tiny baby iguana was there each morning to greet us before breakfast.

We also had breakfast included which is a plus and the food was what we needed and changed a bit everyday (the 1-minute pancakes machine was amazing!).
