They always listened to our wishes. There was one guy at the reception (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) who was attentive and always helped. The pool is clean. Breakfasts are delicious. There is Landra 24/7. The room has towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, TV, safe, air conditioner, coffee maker, refrigerator.YuliiaUnited States of America

Location is good, provides access to many point of interest around South Florida and Miami area. There is a nice patio outside with a back door and access to the nearby lake. A tiny baby iguana was there each morning to greet us before breakfast.

We also had breakfast included which is a plus and the food was what we needed and changed a bit everyday (the 1-minute pancakes machine was amazing!). The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also very kind.
