The room was supposed to be a none smoking room, however, the room reeked of cigarette smell which made it hard to breath. The room was very stuffy even with the AC unit going. The beds were hard, pillows were flat, which made for a very uncomfortable and sleepless night. I reserved 2 days early and get there greeted with a frown and place in a disgusting occupied room, urine and feces in toilet nasty men underwear on floor and just yuck . It took 1 1/2 hr to be placed in a room afterwards. Yes I was fully refunded but would have fathered been met with a smile and a clean ready room.
