This is a great place to stay. The decor is dated, but the room and bathroom were amazingly clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location is just off the highway. We will be making this one of our stops in the future.

This is not a luxury hotel. I tried it once because of good reviews a few years back. It is dated but who cares. I just want a clean comfortable room with a refrig and micro and this is great. TV is great and good list of channels after a long drive. I have stayed here multiple times every year now while traveling. They try to do things the right way and it is good to see people trying to do things the right way.

The room was just what I expected.
The room was just what I expected. It was a clean place to lay my head at the end of the night. Yes it was a little old school and could use some updates, but that didn't bother me one bit. I was only staying the night.

Hillsville is a blue collar town that is not thriving- a lot of closed down or run down places.
We did find a good dinner place - Perfect Pizza
It served a variety of foods, offered gluten free pizza and staff were very pleasant and hard working. It had a large dining room as well.
It had quite a few gas stations and a cvs.
You need a car to get around,at least from our motel location.

Great stopping point for travelers through Virginias.
Great stopping point for travelers through Virginias. For those traveling, everything in need is right off the interstate (accommodations, restaurants, gas, etc). Traffic wasn't bad in the evening to drive around the area. Favorite accommodation is Comfort Inn and Suites.
The hotel was meticulously well kept. Very comfortable beds. There was so much variety and so many choices to meet everyone’s needs. There was so much room for the food to be displayed. The young man who was in charge was so helpful and accommodating . We couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you. We liked it so much we decided to stay at a Comfort Inn in Charlotte, hoping for the same experience but that hotel really feel short of our experience in Hillsville.
I was in town for a funeral. I work remote told me it would be after my schedule hours before room available. Ran my card declined it. I went 5 mins down the road used same card got nice accommodating hotel then these people tried to run my card later that night again to take money from me and I wasn't even staying with them. Very unprofessional. Shouldn't try to steal money that isn't there's. Don't recommend this place to anyone
This hotel was hands down the most cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in a lot! This was a planned halfway stop for our family. Check in took less then 2 minutes and was super easy. The room was great and when I say clean I mean too notch clean like cracks & crevices. I’m a clean fanatic and I was surprisingly impressed!!!
Nothing and breakfast was terrible. The surrounding area was filthy just like the hotel. They wouldn't allow us to get our own breakfast. I don't like people handling my food. No other hotel we stayed in did this. I talked to other people who were staying there and they felt the same and agreed with me.
Comfortable overnight stay in a basic but well-equipped room. Breakfast was help-yourself and basic (no hot food), but fine for filling up with cereal and toast before heading off.
The hotel is handy for exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Recommend the Mexican restaurant next door for evening meal!
This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, ever! Pee spots on the floor, mysterious stains on the comforter, Pubic hairs in the bathroom, and no food at the breakfast bar. Quality Inn should re-evaluate putting its name on this hotel venue.
Had booked a reservation for night before..Hurrican delayed our arrival by one day. Booked for the next day as we travelled. Stay was good...no consideration by Booking.com or hotel for weather rated delay..Ie refund
