The room was dirty with cobwebs . Could not sleep because of noise from the guests in the other room.There was no breakfast contrary to what was advertised online. Rhe reception isnt open to visitora. Has ro wait, knock several times before the receptionist came put to attend to me.

The front desk staff was good at check in but when I had a problem with the toilet not flushing - it took maintenance forever to come check on it. Then we moved to another room and then the tv remote control wasn't working and then maintenance never showed up. The hotel is close to shopping and eating, so location is great. However, it is very noisy, rooms are not sound proof like they say and you feel like you're in a club not a hotel. So if you want some rest this may not be the place to stay. No sleep at sleep in.
