Shuttle service was cancelled and I was not informed until I phoned the hotel after waiting almost an hour. Even the taxi drivers and airport staff were not aware that the shuttle had been cancelled. Had I waited any longer I may not have been able to book in as I found out that the night porter finished at 23:00hrs. Very disappointed with the information provided by the change.
