Beautiful resort excellent beach access great pool.

Beautiful resort excellent beach access great pool. The only complaint I have was that I had an adjoining door that you could hear everything from the room next-door. Make sure you don’t get any joining room door unless you know the people

    Jupiter is lovely.

Jupiter is lovely. Your lodging conditions made the family funeral more uncomfortable and trying. We couldn’t wait to leave and check into some place without roaches and a general feeling of decay. The young woman at the front desk has a difficult position working with “one hand tied behind her back.”

I arrived just before a really bad storm hit and almost blew my doors off my car on April 10. The hotel was so understaffed it took 6 hours to check in for one night to my room which was very nice but I had to leave first thing in the morning. Im hoping they refund the resort fee since my only ementity was 2 beers in the bar I paid for and tipped the bar tender since once again they said they are so understaffed because employees don;t want to work for a chance of covid. Not sure how to keep a resort open and charge customers when the employees are terrified of covid so you cant get food, rooms cleaned or be by the pool

There are quite a few restaurants with awesome food.

There are quite a few restaurants with awesome food. There are a few sites to see. And the city has a small town feel. The people are more welcoming than the rest of South Florida. You get the sense that it's a slower pace of life.

Great location - wish we could have stayed an extra night as getting into the restaurants on jupiter island is really difficult and there was some really nice & cool ones. Staff didn't know much about the area and what there is to do. I believe that staff should always do their homework and be able to give recommendations on things to do and places to eat. This one lady came in and she was so nice and helped us as much as she could but her information was based on other guests comments. Overall would go back.

Nice big comfy bed. Not too far from Jupiter beach. We did a shark dive with Florida Shark Diving the next day, and the Uber was only 10 mins from there so convenient location for us. Good that it has microwave and fridge in the room too. Rooms were quiet, breakfast was ok, and staff were friendly, and let us keep our bags in a locked room after checking out until we returned from our shark dive in the afternoon which was massively helpful. Free wifi too. Had a pool but we didn’t use it

EVERYTHING. It was a very special hidden gem. Could not have been any better. Cindy was so sweet and made us feel right at home. Exceptionaly CLEAN!!!! Very impressed with the entire place. We will be back when we get the chance to go to that area. I also liked that the general public was not able to walk in and make a reservation. That made us feel safer during this whole COVID thing.

Due to a misunderstanding with the credit card payment, we were kindly upgraded to a room with balcony. The room was really nice with a terrace facing the sea. The staff was very kind and helpful. It was also possible to park the car for free on the hotel's parking. There is also a Publix supermarket not far from the location.

We wanted a hotel on the beach, with umbrellas and chairs. When we arrived, we had a delicious lunch on the beautiful terrace, met family for dinner at a nearby restaurant. Next morning had an awesome breakfast. Do you have monthly rates? Would love to come back for a longer stay! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating.

Great condo my the beach and 5 mins from all the amenities in Jupiter, I would highly recommend staying here. Very clean and modern home, that was perfect for 4 adults staying in Jupiter. Really helpful hosts, made it very easy to check in and also extend our stay. We will certainly stay here again.

For such a wonderful hotel, the limited ability to sit and have a nice breakfast except for weekend buffet is very disappointing. For a business traveler this is a big deal. The sitting area is essentially part of the open lobby. Would be nice to have a dedicated restaurant space

While our room was very nice and recently updated. The exterior of the hotel and the common areas (lobby and hallways) are still in need of renovation. The pool was perfect, awesome location and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

You simply cannot beat the location of Jupiter Reef Club. It is right on the beach. Sunsets are amazing, and it's relaxing sitting out looking at the stars and listening to the waves at night. The room was clean, the staff helpful, and the facilities were very nice.
