This house can’t be more ideal; it is not a only beautiful house with all what you need, very comfortable and with a very nice surfing style, but location can’t be better; the views to the ocean are just unbelievable, with the mountains at the back; you have a tide pools in front that are pretty much private since the access is through the houses that are there, and with low tide there is even a little beach with sand; you can walk to Sharks Cove which is great for swimming and snorkeling, and right there there is a supermarket with all what you need. Really the location can’t be better, and the house is gorgeous. Check in was easy and communication was perfect for the little things we needed; ah, and they have a bunch of beach stuff (chairs, snorkeling gear, even sand toys for kids) that are so convenient when you fly and can’t bring any of that with you. Sleeping listening the sound of the waves and waking up which such an amazing view was awesome. Will do our best to be back!

The property itself is very run down and old needing a lot of love. The construction that was going on was not an issue. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The ac they speak of is a window unit which no where near reaches past the living room/kitchen and bed. The kitchen was not complete with decent cooking pans. I certainly would not stay here again. Lai'e is a great place to get away from the hustle and...
Lai'e is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Although we live on the islands we enjoy a short staycation every so often. We haven't stayed in Waikiki for years. We normally go to Ko'Olina but because we had a family wedding we decided to stay at the Marriott. Our experiences with the Marriott Hotels have always been excellent.

The absolute highlight is the Polynesian Cultural Centre...
The absolute highlight is the Polynesian Cultural Centre which was the best experience in the region and in hawaii for us. Make sure you do the Luau. The people, dancers and staff all amazing. We went back 3-4 times during our stay.AnneAustralia - 10Scored 10
Loved staying in Laie.
Loved staying in Laie. This was the closest thing to a town on the North shore of the island with a hotel. There was the Polynesian Cultural center and basic shopping areas and an amazing ice cream/shave ice shop, Angle's. We used our hotel stay there as the starting point of all our stops outside of Waikiki. This was also a nice clean area.HollyUnited States

Once there a few times, it is not a problem . Property lovely but really muddy if rains. We were also not used to commercial fireworks going off at 1 am but apparently normal at any time of the year. The location geographically 100 percent, Close to pipeline and North Island town, close to great parks and showers. The cost is great compared to Waikiki hotels. Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and decent facilities including a small bistro offering limited but decent food options.

A short walk away on the other side of the coast road there is access to a very nice beach. The pool staff hire out towels and/or chairs for beach/pool.
