The customer service is always exceptional. This was our 2nd time visiting and the manager remembered us. The front desk folks are amazing and a joy to talk with. Maya who does the evening happy hour is fabulous as well. We have truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back for a visit. Thank you so much!

Getting around is easy only if you have a car!
Getting around is easy only if you have a car! Not a walkable city. Parts of Lancaster are quite shabby and depressing. Large homeless population. There are some nice spots for hiking, etc., but don't recommend it for the middle of the summer because it can be quite hot.

Check-in was very easy. Great customer service. LoL...
Check-in was very easy. Great customer service. LoL... I was so tired I didn't know my name. He told me how to get to the elevator unfortunately between the front desk and elevator I forgot what he said he noticed and kindly told me again how to get to the elevator and my room. When I woke up at about 11 pm hungry. I didn't think to use Google Maps my brain said go ask customer service. He was so nice and told me where I could find something and said I could also look on Google to find it. I laughed and said "Once again I'm tired, but now I'm tired and hungry we had a nice laugh and I thanked him for being so understanding. The next day I realized how nice the room was the bed was great and I noticed the living room or seating area was very nice. Beautiful bathroom. I don't know who cleaned my room but great job. I clean for a living so I notice things other people may not. Very good job on the clean. customer service was very good at the front desk, clean awesome and maintenance did a great job, not that half want to be work like some people do now and days. I hope the company recognizes their hard work because I did. The company has a great team.

Annual Turkey Day trip to Yosemite, stopped here by chance as I was getting tired. Very pleasantly surprised by downtown Lancaster! Had a pleasant dinner at a brewpub. Easy parking and navigating the downtown area, well-lit, appeared to be safe.

Don't know much about Lancaster other than this facility...
Don't know much about Lancaster other than this facility priced well for my training class in Mojave about 15 miles away. Town looked to have many amenities and was clean with some large lots and properties.

the room was only half clean.
the room was only half clean. There was dirty wet tissues and a bra in the bathroom trash that had not been emptied. there was a plastic bag of dirty clothes in the closet. there was a half eaton container of ice cream melted in refrigerator. the night tables had cup rings and sticky stuff all over them, telling me that they hadn't even been dusted or wiped off. there were long black hairs all over the bathroom floor. whenever you flushed the toilet it kept running so you had to stand there and shake the handle.there was very seldom anyone at the front desk, all the employees we outside smoking.

Horrific experience right from the beginning.
Horrific experience right from the beginning. I had to switch rooms because they gave me one covered in graffiti and all the light bulbs were stolen and it was filthy. The other room was beyond filthy as well. No toilet paper or wash cloths. I’ve had better accommodations in the county jail
We enjoyed everything about our stay. In a safe residential area. Easy self checking in. We stayed in the Master Suite on the 2nd floor. It had a seating area; kitchenette facilities; a large bathroom with his and hers sink areas, and a shower with plentiful hot water; a huge walk in closet; a large screen tv; a comfortable bed providing a good night’s sleep. The hosts responded quickly to a request for extra towels. We thought it a good value. We stayed two nights and will recommend it anyone going to Lancaster.
During the night in the hotel's parking lot, right in front of our room: Our car got broken into and robbers stole several items: A nice garmet bag with: A woman's full length down coat; a man's sports jacket; two dress shirts and men's dress shoes. Also a traveling knife (for fruit); and a banana! We filed a police report; spoke to the front desk and the securitly guard. All the staff were kind and polite, but our items are gone! A bad way to begin a vacation.
AC blew cold, beds were comfy, room was okay. Everything else would beg to differ. Entrance is deceiving, looks official but inside holes in drywall, elevator slower than a snail, and breakfast said to be 6-9am which didn't exist at all, unless you are just looking for a cup of coffee. No ice machine on our floor, only on lower level. For 3 floors in a hotel, the elevator took longer than me shooting up to the 27th floor in a more modern hotel.
What a surprise.....they served a full cook to order breakfast and in the evening they had a light supper plus a drink at the bar all included in the room price......unbelievable. Tommy, the chef was incredible, so skilled plus so kind and great personality. I would stay here again anytime we are in or near Lancaster, Ca. The room was very clean and very comfortable bed. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful at all times.
Lovely little room in Lancaster. Sunny and close to the pool and hot tub. Both were awesome! The staff seemed very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was made to order ( which you hardly ever see anymore ) while I didn't personally have any.. it looked and smelled delicious! Guest laundry was easily accessible and the dryer was extremely efficient.
The whole atmosphere was great, food was great, staff was cool! Especially Gabby at the front desk! Thank you Gabby for being PROFESSIONAL and thoughtful! Pool area was exceptional! Starbucks is LITERALLY down stairs, out your room, ten steps away from the hotel! Definitely recommend this hotel.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. I asked for a change of room which was granted but room was bad in a different way. The best part was the refund that I got.
