Breakfast was well organized and good. Restaurant food was very good. The place is clean. The staff (all of them) are friendly. The Japanese garden is very attractive. Fish is fun to feed. The only thing I would change is to have vegetation (trees and shrubs) around the pools. Thank you all for running this place so smoothly and for your hard work!! Truly appreciated!!

Location was good other than obviously not the most upstanding as far as guests and part of town goes. Staff was great. Heat and air did work. Recently updated and pretty clean.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The eggs and sausage were tastey. They offered waffles each day. They had a great selection of everything they offered. It was well attended and pleasant.

I was exhibiting at an event in Albany, so only stayed in Lebanon overnight. It seems depressed and dirty. Not many restaurant options. Unless you have family there, I would drive right on by, and not stop for anything.

It's a location destination, somewhere you go for business or, as in my case, to visit family. It's a small town with very little to do, no good restaurants and no real shopping. Not where you go unless you have to.

Lebanon is a small city of about 18,000 people. It has a pleasant downtown but the main commercial area is on the south end of town along US Highway 20.
Be sure to check out the local Albany & Eastern Railroad's public excursion trains.

Visiting Brownsville was the goal of this overnight trip,...
Visiting Brownsville was the goal of this overnight trip, and the easy drive from Lebanon (about 20 minutes through scenic farmland) gave me plenty of time to explore Brownsville then spend a relaxing evening at the hotel. The restaurant is good and, if weather permits, dining outside is a treat since the beautiful garden and pond are right there to enjoy. I would have liked an extra day or two to drive around the countryside and see some of the covered bridges. It’s a short drive east of I-5, so even if you’re just passing through and looking for somewhere to stop for the night, this is a really nice place to stay.

This property is magnificent and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The design elements in this Hotel are impressive beyond compare. The Japanese Garden and waterfall area are the end to a perfect day. In all honesty, I would have paid 2 - 3 times as much for a comparable Hotel. I highly recommend this gem to anyone traveling through central Oregon. You won't want to leave and think you found paradise.
Pool being closed after 10 or 11 is a real bummer. We typically come into town at night and have stayed there lots of times but due to covid and the hours the area is closed we have never even been through the gate! It would be so amazing if it was open at night as long as guests are quiet and respectful 🙏
The swimming pool was amazing and for once water was warm not like other hotels YES!! The restaurant was amazing the staff waiters were so kind and friendly loved it. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Clean comfortable and friendly people
Oh the house was GORGEOUS, very spacious, newly renovated and stocked full of all sorts of goodies. We had such a relaxing and delightful time. If I visit again, I will definitely stay here. Better than any hotel in the area hands down.
Very good breakfast and fast. It was so nice that we could eat dinner at the hotel restaurant and didn’t have to search for a place for dinner after a long drive.
