Breakfast was quite poor. Orange and apple juice taste watered down. Biscuits were hard on bottom. Sausage was bland. No eggs or waffles. Very limited selection.

Needless to say, we won’t trust booking.com again. Bathroom fixtures were all rusty. Had to borrow a needle nose pliers from office to use on the fan knob in the bathroom. Actual knob was missing.
Maverick restaurant across the street was very good….actually went there on our way back through Litchfield to St Louis airport.

I didn't like any of it. The entire hotel was dirty.
I didn't like any of it. The entire hotel was dirty. I had to be moved from the 1st room they gave me because I found that it wasn't cleaned from the guess before. The beds were hard, Even the new room was dirty.. And between 2 AM and 5 AM somebody above me was moving furniture and cleaning. I never dreamed it would be that long. Consequently I didn't get much sleep. Breakfast was just as bad. There was waffles or cereal.. No fruit no yogurt and no meat. Terrible place that I paid way too much for.

What elders like that are on Social Security when traveling...
What elders like that are on Social Security when traveling is value for your almighty "dollar" and Baymont Hotel shines in this category. Wonderful place to stay, clean, big rooms, value and great breakfast. Kudo's to Baymont!! There was nothing negative with our stay. All was great, just too short a visit. We'll be back. Blaine
The hotel was located near the highway and we loved the breakfast choices. I thought the cookies on "check in" were a nice touch. On our "check out" there were breakfast to go bags available although we didn't need them, it was definitely a nice touch too. The breakfast area was comfortable and I enjoyed watching the daily news on the TV while eating.
In spite of book.com "glitch ", as the help person said, the folks at IHG were excellent and made everything right. Becca at IHG was relentless ensuring we had a room and the phone number for a holiday inn in OKC so I could make a reservation for the next night.
This was a very clean hotel and the common area/breakfast area was very clean. Easy access off of the Interstate. Close to popular restaurants ( Denny's, Cracker Barrel ). We ate at Ariston's ( a Route 66 treasure - highly recommend ).
The hotel was very quiet and beds/rooms were comfortable. A large choice of tv stations to watch. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted me with things I needed. I will stay here again.
Front Desk Receptionist(Sherri) is amazing. She is always friendly, excellent customer service, all around nice person. Will continue to stay here when im in Litchfield.
