First time we stayed in a container off the grid. A fun experience. Many choices of different accommodations for different types of folks. Loved the relaxing atmosphere and creative outdoor decor. Would happily return for another visit. So pleasant to be away from the busyness of Florida.

Live Oak is a quite town nestled between Tallahassee and Jacksonville. Lake City is near by for more venues offered, but Live Oak is that little town that you can relax from all the big things of the larger cities. Easy to travel around, state parks everywhere and the people were friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. We did kill a palmetto bug and a spider in the bathroom, but this is Florida and it should be expected. Water pressure was pretty good for a hotel. Breakfast looked great. We didn't get up early enough to eat it, but it did look/smell good when we were walking by.

Cheap and cheerful as we used to say. We had to leave early, didn't check out the complimentary breakfast. Nearest stores and restaurants about 8 MI away.
