I requested a handicapped roll in shower.
I requested a handicapped roll in shower. Was told on the phone and at the desk that I had a handicap room. I am missing a leg and cannot hop into a tub. Went back to the front desk to be told the roll in shower room was booked, sorry. At 6 foot 1 and 250 lbs,, hopping into a tub (even with a handicapped bar sadly placed on the far wall) is dangerous and scary. Plus the hand help shower head was broken.

The rooms were very clean, quiet however the lobby, entrance and elevator areas were filthy. I was glad to see my room clean as the lobby made me concerned initially. Friends staff, nice breakfast and good coffee.AAnonymousCambodia
