They did not clean room first day.
They did not clean room first day. They said I had to ask a day before for them to clean. Nasty and rude clerk on check in and check out. Do not stay here. I got there and they told me the water will be shut off the next day from 0930 to 1630. No warning. Asked for some compensation and they said it will be given when I check out. When I checked out they said they never shut the water off so then I was not entitled to the 15% off they were going to give me. I called the India clerk a liar. In general, it does not match up to the standards of the hotels that I usually stay at. Lamps didn/t work. Receptacles were worn to the point that phone chargers would not stay plugged in. Water would not drain sufficiently from the bathroom sink. Stay was for 7 days. One roll of toilet paper was provided only. It goes on and on.McGee

She sometimes gets skiddish when we stay in a hotel that accepts dogs because of so many residual smells from previous animals. There was none of that because the room was thoroughly deodorized with no hint that a dog may have been there previously. I also appreciated the “No pet fee.” You can tell this hotel does the extras. The common areas were even decorated for Easter!
