Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje obsługa hotelu, bardzo uprzejma i konkretna. Nie miałem żadnych problemów ze zmianą pokoju z powodu hałasu pochodzącego od zewnętrznego agregatora klimatyzacji. Zaproponowany nowy pokój był cichy, przestronny i komfortowy.
