The breakfast is vastly overrated. 4.00 for a cup of coffee, and I only had one breakfast because its way overpriced.
$22.00 for bkfst is overpriced..

Miles motel: dirty room in disrepair, broken fixtures, dirty a/c, bike pump stolen out of back of my covered truck, toilet didn't work properly, looked at mattress under the bottom sheet and it was gross, theoretically there was internet but didn't work. I paid a little over a $100 for one night and it might have been tolerable at $25. Many units occupied by long term residents.

Even though my credit card was billed when I checked it, the hotel made a second charge for the full amount plus $25. It took over a week for the second charge to be removed. The hotel said it was not its fault that the second charge took so long to be removed and that I needed to contact my bank. This was unacceptable.

Used to live here and have family living here still.
Used to live here and have family living here still. Used to stay with family when I visited but decided to stay at a motel instead. Chose this location due to where it was because it was close to family events. Also loved that it was close to the freeway. Walmart was close by along with fast food places. There were other attractions close by, but I came for family reasons, so I didn't explore any of those this trip.

Mesa is different.
Mesa is different. Depending on the kind of life you have, some may hate it. It's a place where it's hard to survive. Alot of homeless, it's hard to get into a rental so if you plan on moving here....buy a house. There are nice parts to mesa but when your on a budget and waiting to close on a house, you have to stay in the rough part of town, which is fine for me but even I had some run ins with some men when I first got here and I was like "did you really just come up to me and say that?". I hate the desert though. I'm a minnesota girl. You can't get better than the forest and all the lakes.

Management is the worst 10 minutes in they will have you escorted off the premises no matter how many confirmation numbers or emails you show them, they will have you banned for a whole year as well and including all your guests! Until the manager is fired I won't rest until she's finally off their payroll! #Justiceforthemanythatweretrespassedwhilehavingproofofbooking this is the venture on main by the way!

We needed a clean room for the night and we got what we needed.
The room was comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The area was very quiet. The front office man was very welcoming and showed us where to park and where to eat dinner.
The breakfast that was it. It was hot I haven’t been to a hotel that hasn’t done breakfast in a bag.
Had no extra blankets no extra wash rags my bedding had footprints on it as if the sheets were not changed the phone was discussing in a pandemic this is uncalled for. I told the lady at the desk and she said she couldn’t do anything for me. Never ever will I go to this place or any other best western again
The motel has humble accommodations but had everything we needed for our stay, a comfortable bed, a decent tv, a decent shower, a microwave and a mini-fridge. Would stay again due to it being a good value compared to the crazy prizes of other hotels during spring training.
Liked the size of the room a lot and the fact that it provides coffee and tea, has a mini bar and microwave, large TV, workstation. Liked the breakfast. The hotel could do with an up grade, it looks a little run down both in common areas and in the room.
Breakfast was simple and good. Beds were mainly comfy. Corridors are noisy, can hear waking and if people let the doors slam. Not more than a usual hotel. Will stay here from now on when I come down to Phoenix.
The location was great - right on the way to the Renaissance Fair. It's close to restaurants, especially Organ Stop Pizza! This property is a classic motor hotel from the past, with the neon sign to boot.
