The Motel room was cosy. The heating was perfect for me. The reception staff were approachable. The housekeeping staff, Vissi and his wife, were lovely and friendly people. The microwave and fridge worked without any issues, When booking in, reception staff should inform guests that there is an elevator. We found out through friends who were also staying there.

The MainStay Suites Chicago , Schaumburg is a quick mile from the famous Woodfield Mall and just steps away from fine dining, a sports bar, and a Target.

Kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom, recliner was used but very comfy, good space for your clothes, pet stations outside were well maintained, vacuum was easily available from the front desk, and the location was prime
