Had a really wonderful stay here - the house was clean, comfortable, and very easy to navigate (e.g. the front door code, TV, hot tub, heating system). It's located on a quiet street just a short drive from town. Also love how dog-friendly it is! Would absolutely stay here again.

Four Seasons Motel, hotel in Palenville

This motel, in the Catskill Mountains of New York, features free Wi-Fi and an outdoor swimming pool. Guests can ski at Hunter Mountain, which is a 30 minute drive away.

Great little motel! Everything was 100% fresh and clean and well-maintained all the way down to the fresh white caulk in the bathroom. I really appreciated the full-size shower stall (I'm 6'4" and I didn't have to crouch!). I expected a mini-fridge, so the almost full size refrigerator-freezer was a pleasant surprise. Mattresses are definitely firm, but I like that. I can't speak about the AC because it was 60F outside; we just opened a window. We were there to be within a 5-hour drive of the 2024 eclipse in 3 different states, so we didn't have time to try out any of the amenities beyond a good night's sleep, a fridge to hold the food from our cooler, a microwave to heat breakfast, and Wifi to check weather reports. All of those worked out just fine. Wifi was reasonably fast, and there is nothing within walking distance of the motel, which made the area very quiet for a good night's sleep. It was definitely a great value.

Gorgeous location. The hand soap and lotion were empty - I should have contacted the front desk but instead used the body wash. Room was large and comfortable. This was our 2nd time staying at Woodstock Way.

We loved the property set in the country.

We loved the property set in the country. It has a wonderful 70’s vibe, staff was fabulous and very friendly. The lite breakfast included was delicious. Overall it was quiet, restful and relaxing . Pet friendly. Explored art in the area at Art Omi, Foreland, galleries in Hudson and artists homes of Hudson River School. It isn’t fancy, but clean and comfortable. We would have liked if there was more food options on property and better restaurants close by. We thought it was inexpensive and a great value. We extended our stay we had such a good time and would return.

    Scenic, spacious and lively town.

Scenic, spacious and lively town. There’s a 24 hour wall mart which really helps with late night grocery needs and Kaaterskill Falls is phenomenal and convenient to travel to. There’s also Overlook Mountain which has a nice array of trails and a monastery.

We were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked it here, It has a very pleasant easy environment with alot of different outdoor areas. They show a movie on an outdoor projection screen which was really a treat with the adaironack chairs and firepit. They provide pool towels. I am a big fan of their included breakfast, and I typically cannot find anything to eat at hotel breakfast bars. This is simple but good-- great bagels and spreads, very good coffee, really good fruit, along with juice and cereal. We feel at home here.

Probably the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Upgrades have been made and you can tell. We enjoyed the firepits outdoors as well as the electric 'fire place' in the rooms. The restaurant should open soon, which is another plus - especially with the nice outdoor tables. The pool looked like a good size, too. So certainly something to enjoy in the summer months.

This was a great place to stay on our trip from Montreal to New York. Quite a unique little Motel with really friendly staff and lots of nice little personal touches which really set it apart from the big chain hotels. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool is really nice too! I can really recommend a stay here.

family oriented, easy check in/out. breakfast is included. we had Starbucks coffee and cream cheese bagel. the room is big with balcony. The bed sheets are clean and comfortable. It feels like a 3 stars hotel instead of a lodge. we stay here for Hunter ski trip, we will always come back for every ski trip.

This is a very dog-friendly hotel. The staff are excellent and the breakfast, while simple, is excellent! The location is conveniently located at the base of the mountains. I would 10/10 recommend Catskill Mountain Lodge and stay there again.

The location was ideal for an event on Palenville. it is a charming old fashioned lodge, definitely showing it’s age but parts of it are being updated. Fire pit and corn hole and movie night are nice additions.

Hotel staff are doing a lot of renovations and we were glad to see that. Hotel is a little dated and worn but it looks like they are doing their best to update it. The rooms are spacious and were clean.
