The person who greeted us at the main office was wonderful. The room smelled amazing (I'm particularly sensitive to smells). The coffee was great — Dunkin and Kirkland pods.
The space couldn't have been cleaner; it was spotless.

I loved the renovation of this motor lodge. The linens were comfortable and towels were very thick. I also liked the dishes, silverware, and mugs which are so much better than plastic throwaways.

There are some absolutely gorgeous historic homes in Panguitch but the town itself could use a refresh. They have tremendous potential with the historic downtown and its proximity to many National Parks but in all honesty, the town looks like it’s seen better days and needs someone to kickstart a revitalization. This takes a concerted effort, I know, I was involved with a chamber of commerce for many years in Northern California and everyone needs to be one the same page.
We ate at Kenny Ray’s and Cowboy BBQ. Both had great, friendly staff food was nothing exceptional but portions were large.

Panguitch is a small town well situated near Bryce Canyon...
Panguitch is a small town well situated near Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks. There is a big Days Inn but most motels are comfortably refurbished older places. Good restaurants are available. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Bryce from here and an hour to Zion. You can access the Interstate (I-15) by using a connector road (Hwy 20) from Hwy 89 a few miles north of town. 20 generally stays open in winter, but ask. We went north on 89 out of Panguitch and soon hit I-70 right after visiting Butch Cassidy’s boyhood home. I-70 goes over the San Rafael Swell and east to Green River past Moab then on east. Or west to Vegas and LA via I-15. We got off of I-70 at Salina and stayed in the valley, going in north annd eventually coming to I-15 at Nephi, avoiding three mountain passes that have winter chain-up places.

The door lock was inoperable, so we were given another room.
The door lock was inoperable, so we were given another room. The heater of the 2nd room was faulty and turned off in less than 2 minutes. The room never got warm. We wanted a refund, but the desk clerk was not authorized to do so. We left and drove to Green River, UT. We are very displeased with the Panguitch Days Inn.

small town - ate at Cedar Rapids grill - excellent food and reasonable prices - good pastries from gas station/convenience store at the main crossroads - less than 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park
We arrived at night after we visited Zion and Bryce national park. This lovely motel is the perfect place for us to stay before heading to our next destination because it is cheaper than other places surrounding in the national park location, only 30 minutes drive away from that area. The owners were so friendly to us during the check-in process. There are two chairs for the dining table, a microwave, a fridge, and a comfy bed which are all the things that you would want in the hotel.
We were initially very surprised and a bit taken aback when we finally found the place which was actually a build on to a house on a neighborhood street next to quite a collection rusting sheds and other stuff. But the room was very cute and very quiet and comfortable....homey. It was an easy walk to town and clearly the owner made efforts to make her guests feel at home. I'm glad we found the Wonder Inn on Booking! Probably the best little place to stay in Panguitch!
Let me tell you l was absolutely amazed at how clean and roomy our room was. It had vinyl flooring not that old dirty carpet that older hotels have full of dirt and germs. It had a beautiful area for dogs with lots of room and grass for them to play. My 2 small Chihuahuas loved it and didn't want to leave. If you are looking for a clean, reasonably priced, comfortable place when in Panguitch this it. And I don't want to forget to mention the amazing friendly staff.
The hosts were out of your hair but easily available when you needed them. The outlook room was so comfortable and enjoyable. It was upstairs but it was worth it. The breakfast was amazing. The husband is a great chef and we loved thr breakfasts we ordered the eggs Benedict were so delicious. We would stay again in a heartbeat next time we are in the area. Location was convenient to Bryce Canyon. Thank you.
The room was clean and big enough for 6 people. Beds were comfy and the bathroom had all the necessities promised by the owner on Booking. Location perfect for a stopover between Zion and Bryce National Parks. Panguitch is a nice small town, so it's cute to take a walk and explore it (suggestion: have dinnet at Desert Grill for amazing burgers and nice people).
Panguitch was a quaint little town, very friendly, and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at the Panguitch House. It was very quiet, perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a good book. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed a lively discussion with other visitors while eating breakfast. The entire stay was wonderful!
Very clean and comfortable. Good shower, small fridge and microwave. Nice to have a gas bbq. Cait was super nice and friendly and even provided us with bbq utensils. Does not have a kitchen or anywhere to wash up other than handbasin. But appreciate that it's not intended as a self catering facility. Good place to stay for Bryce Canyon.
Everything is great here from cleanliness to accommodations. We were only here 1 night but always our choice when we are in Panguitch. Thank you for the hospitality. We drove through a snow storm and were arriving past office hours. The wonderful woman who works here was so understanding and helpful to our chevk in needs.
Rooms are small and simple but we got a great deal through Booking. The manager, Raj, was great. Super nice guy. Told us best spots to eat in town. We ended up choosing a BBQ restaurant per his suggestion. It was fantastic. Close to Bryce Canyon without paying a ton for a room or overpriced camping closer to the park.
Fantastic value for money. Small traditional motel which had been updated and was comfortable.
Location in Panguitch was reasonably convenient for Bryce Canyon and had the amenities of the town. There was very little traffic during the evening and night so motel was quiet.
I checked in and was treated by the owner. She was super friendly and made sure we were given the best room available. Make sure the visit the Panguitch GEM Theater across the street for ice cream and the rock store.
this is a nice budget option. room was clean, and the location isn't too far outside bryce canyon. the hotel has some cute little lodge features like the signs on the room doors that was nice.
Somewhat dated facilities, but very friendly and helpful staff. Clean sheets, comfortable beds, great views of the surrounding mountains! 25 min drive to Bryce Canyon NP.
