We wanted to rent a room with a pool is what I told the front desk upon checking in. We went to swim, and my son jumped in and about had a heart attack. The water was frigid cold, they failed to tell us the pools heater had been out for quite some time. Not knowing we planned our overnight stay for swimming purposes. Just to find out after we paid and we're booked and actually jumping into the pool that the heater is broke. Since I was empathized the need of a pool upon checking in. I feel like they should had spoke up to tell us before hand. Then my room smelled like dog urine, so I called the front desk. They didn't bother to accommodate me, they simply thanked me. Leave the rooms that are available for owners and pets, for owners or pets. Don't stick somebody in a dog urine smelling place, especially with my super sniffer. I was given no options so I had to stay in the icky smelling room

It was a good Central location for the places we visited.
It was a good Central location for the places we visited. We went to the Denver Aquarium, Coors Field, Boondocks, Pikes Peak and the Outlet Mall.
In addition, we had a 360 degree view of many surrounding locales' fireworks.

I was traveling with my dog.
I was traveling with my dog. The pet fee was unexpected since it was not indicated on the site I used to book the room; however, the first room I was assigned had a terrible odor!!! The young man at the desk did get me into another room (thankfully)! Moving meant I had to make several trips to resettle and I felt: First, that a room with that degree of odor needs the carpet taken out before it is used for a guest; and second, given the inconvenience the pet fee should have been waived.
Further, I have stayed in Motel 8's where pet friendly rooms had hard surface floors that allow for more thorough cleaning. This (1st room) room had carpet that was torn and even though it was obvious it had been shampooed it was still obnoxious. The odor was so strong that I was concerned that my dog (who is well trained and has never soiled in the house since being house broken) would need to "mark" the area.
The young man at the desk was excellent!! He was efficient, helpful, and pleasant as were the people the next morning, and the second room was clean and comfortable.

They treated us really good.
They treated us really good. We did have a problem with the billing, but was taken care of.
The breakfast was good in the restaurant except they had raised the price for the omelet $2.00 more than the menu price. Was told the manager raised the prices. They should have changed the menu prices before they was charging more than the prices. We only ate breakfast there once.

We know the area so we were able to visit the park where buffalo are kept and admire the Rockies.
After COVID would recommend Tattered Cover, the aquarium and the Natural History Museum.
Del Frisco is an outstanding restaurant if a little pricy.
This hotel was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in, since my 20's. The hotel had a terrible smell and the floors seem to have lots of holes covered by carpet. The bathroom of our room left lots to be desired. Quite frankly, I didn't sleep well and was concerned about possible bed bugs. The floor in my room was so stained and dirty thar i didn't want to take my shoes off. Also breakfast and coffee were gone by 8:10 when breakfast was to be served till 9 am.
The hotel itself it’s gorgeous. The rooms are lovely, big and the bed really comfortable.
Unfortunately I missed the days when restaurants and roof top were open as they are closed Sunday and Monday. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful and responded to requests really quickly such as date changes and when I asked for an iron- it arrived in seconds! They really are so supportive if there’s anything additional needed.
Breakfast, if you get there early, is excellent. Quality and options taper the later in the morning you arrive, as is probably to be expected. There is construction going on renovating the lobby, but the staff have made it clear where to go and what to do during the temporary disruption. The area around the hotel is nice and convenient.
After a long day of delays and flight debacles, I quickly searched on Booking.com for a hotel near the airport. I found this one that said it was 8.5 miles -- see screenshot -- and booked it. It was NOT 8.3 miles but over 30. It cost me $128 plus tip in a cab and $62 for the return on Uber.
the pictures on booking com suggest the hotel is in the midst if nature.
however upon arrival it appeared to be located in a suburb amidst offices and gasstations. I would advice to be clear and honest. It was a comfortable good hotel, but our expectations were inappropriately enheightened.
The breakfast was a little lean compared to some other breakfast buffets we have had in other hotels. The check in staff was pleasant. The location was very convenient for us, which is how we came to be interested in this facility!
Front desk Lady Chris was so very professional and kind we'll tell everyone we can perfect place to stay. Thank you so much we lived in Parker for about 20 years and come back every year to visit friends and family
Breakfast is tasty. The hotel/room continues to be well maintained. The location is easily accessible and quiet. We are pleased with the affordability of this property. Staff members are friendly and helpful.
As always this hotel branch is excellent, the breakfast is good you have waffles, egg, sausages, potatoes, cereal, bread, fruit, juices, milk. The room is great so comfortable I will definitely stay here again.
I love the fact that you can have , breakfast ,lunch and dinner at 3 different places and its all besides the hotel.Perfect location to go to Red Rock,Georgetown train, Downtown Denver, and many more places.
