The rooms are spacious and clean. The receptionist, Colin, was very nice and smiling, and he tried to help you with enthusiasm, answering all your questions, and explaining everything to you very kindly. Thank you, Colin. There is also the plumber, I don’t know his name. He was very wonderful and solved the problem of cold water in the bathroom as quickly as possible, and he was smiling.

Location was easily accessible and parking was fine. Staff was helpful, although no one was at the desk when I arrived and there was no buzzer to notify someone I was there. Not there long enough to interact with other staff. Room was clean.

I stayed here to attend New York Fashion Week with my team and this venue was a great option compared to staying in the city. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. The accommodations were clean and welcoming. I submitted a room request and they were able to fulfill it. I loved having a kitchen! Breakfast was tasty. (The machine made pancakes for us!)
I did not use the business center during my stay, but I did catch a glimpse and it was nice.
The room keys deactivate if they get close to your phone. That was a bit annoying because I found it difficult to keep them separate, so I had to see the front desk a couple of times to get the card re-keyed.

The property it’s self was nice. Lobby Nice. Staff Great.
The property it’s self was nice. Lobby Nice. Staff Great. Room not the cleanest. There were stains on the couch, the, the top blanket and the shades in the room and on the TV remote. I am not a complainer and we were there for less than 24 hours so I just didn’t use the coach, or the top blnaket and washed the remote my self. But definitely gets a lesser score for cleanliness. Location, Staff , breakfast was good!

This hotel should not rent rooms till the renovations are done it is in horrible condition and should wait to their room accommodations are ready to be rented out I have never seen a hotel so old rent rooms and so filthy there were stains even on lampshades look like they had never vacuumed the rooms or wiped or cleaned the phones had dirt on them for years The are not up-to-date with iPhone compatibility only had old town phone plugs could not plug your phones in unless you had a cord no new accommodations for phones the tubs were dirty I just couldn’t believe it and I’m not a person that picks everything but I have never seen such filth the air conditioner filter was needing changed so it would not work properly ! Everything in the room was at least 20 years old! How old is one thing but dirty and filthy is another and disgusting probably hadn’t been cleaned in mini visits I am really reporting to the health department and find out who is over hotels because there is no way this should be legal to rent out! And paid way more than I paid for Niagara Falls Wyndham hotels! Also no breakfast in the front of the hotel was all roped off with caution tape nothing like any of the pictures they had online it should be called false advertisement I even ask what was wrong and they said the back was fine they were renovating the front so I was assuming the back had been renovated!

Parsippany is the place to be. Less crowded. Less pollution.
Parsippany is the place to be. Less crowded. Less pollution. Clean air. Cozy. Great environment. You just need to have a car to go around if needed and parking is free everywhere. More over, it is not too far from New York city. No long line to get what you need. Stay away from the city, come to Parsipanny and save money.
Thought, at first, it was a good value for the money, but ***PLEASE BE ADVISED***: Those travelling with a pet will be charged a $75.00 fee; Have stayed at this location several times over the years and was NEVER charged for a pet. Staff is/was professional/courteous; Room, clean, decent for the price;
**Please Note Also: many other hotels in the Northern Jersey/Passaic/Morris/Essex County area DO NOT charge for pets. So if travelling with your pet, like myself, tank note; just as an aside. **
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were updated with modern furnishing and a big screen TVs in both the living and the separate bedroom (which is great when traveling with kids). The hotel, it’s grounds and our room were all very well maintained and clean.
My family and I were very comfortable staying here.
It is a good place on the way from NY to Niagara and back. I stayed here twice) I think it is rather normal hotel for short stay. There is an interesting Indian Vegan Restaurant just behind that is a challenging cuisine for those who is not very familiar with it (like we are).
The area is nice, you can find everything on Route 46. Hotel is quiet and clean, rooms are larger than average and the beds are very comfy. I like the new look (I remember it as Staybridge Suites where I stayed for a semester abroad a few years ago).
The hotel was nice and had beautiful gardens in the center. The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff was very helpful especially when I got locked out of my room late at night. Free breakfast had a lot of options.
I liked that the breakfast was vegetarian continental option. There was a gluten free cereal. The ice machine was good. Beds were comfortable for the night. Rooms were spacious and plenty of plug sockets.
Connected to Hilton hotel is great. Having a locked door requiring key to go between hotels serves no purpose and is a inconvenience. Breakfast was good not great overall still a 9 out of 10
Location was good for where I needed to be. But if I could have reviewed the hotel better online I might have chosen a different hotel. There were other near the same location.
The night staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the room was very clean. Even though the hotel was without power, they did all they could to make us comfortable.
The hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The pillows were great and the room had blackout curtains. All staff were very helpful and friendly
The Restaurant and bar of the hotel are excelent. Good mexican food and drink. Excelent kind staff. They even have salsa nights and TVs for watching games.
